Lifestyle; cute nutrition ambassador 💋💪🏽

Very pleased to share this with you all as I have used their products for such a long time now! I have become a cute nutrition ambassador! 💋  I literally love everything about this brand, but the logo is what makes me love them most! Who wouldn’t want to represent a brand that has a lipstick kiss as its logo?! 💁🏽 you all know how much I love lipstick 😂

I use quite a few of their products so let me talk you through them ☺️

Apparel; 

I have a grey cropped top, a pink hoodie, a mug & a shaker. I will soon be getting a pretty new top which is very exciting!! But that’s all hush hush right now 🙊😉 I promise I will tell you more soon… I use the shaker almost everyday & of course the mug for my hot water with lemon ☕️ 

Supplements;

I use acai berry, CLA, collagen & a banana powder! The CLA, collagen & acai berry help with your skin, reduce bloating, give you more energy & boost your immune system. I can honestly say I wouldn’t be without these now. Plus the shakes are super tasty & I tend to have these with coconut milk 😋  the next flavour I am getting is definitely coconut! They do also have vegan protein too! I know this is very important to a lot of people 💁🏽

Lifestyle; May house update 🏡

I haven’t updated you for a while with the house! Sooo much has happened & we’re getting close to being able to move in!! I’m getting so excited now! I won’t bore you with every little thing because we would be here forever haha..

Bathroom; 

This is literally going to be my favourite room by far! I am in love with the floor tiles…like literally if I could love them anymore it would be weird. But how beautiful right? The bath is in, we’re just needing the rest to be plumbed in 🛁

Bedroom; 

All painted & cleaned up. 🛌 We’re just waiting for the carpet in here so we can put some furniture in! What should we do with the windows? I’m thinking blinds & curtains? But the windows are so big I’m not sure what would look best… 

Lounge; 

Same again here… We need the carpet in & to decide what’s going in the windows. We have ordered the sofa 🛋 so that’s on its way at some point. Every other room in the house is very grey.. That seems to be our colour. But we opted to pick some beige for this room to switch it up a little bit 😂😂 it still sort of looks similar though 🙈 this is the sofa we decided on but obviously in beige 👌🏽

As for the kitchen we’re waiting for the guy to let us know when he can come & put it all in. The flooring is going to be put down in the next few weeks too. I cannot wait to show you all some of those photos! The hallway is waiting for flooring.. Not much I can show you with that 😂 & the spare bedroom is plastered ready for being painted 😍 

Next time I update you maybe there will be a fully fitted kitchen & bathroom 🙊 or maybe a bed 💁🏽

Bloggermail; hidden fashion 👗💁🏽

This has to be one of the biggest achievements for me! I received an email asking if I would be interested in some goodies from hidden fashion… Me being me, I had a look & thought I bet they either won’t turn up or they will be rubbish quality… I was completely wrong!! 

I chose a plain slogan top, as you can literally pair this with almost anything & a denim button front skirt. They look fabulous on together! 

The package arrived by courier so had to be signed for, beautifully wrapped & with a cute little note 😍 I feel like I have been completely spoiled here. I checked out their Instagram to be pleasantly surprised by how good the company is! I mean 354k followers, they can’t be too bad can they 🙊😍

Lifestyle; my teenage years 🤓😁

This post is slightly different but it’s about two of the biggest things I have done in my life. Sorry if you get bored 😂🙈 

Braces; 

So I had always had awful teeth when I was young & the dentist kept saying its ‘cosmetic’ so I would never get braces on the NHS. I was absolutely gutted. So many people had them during school and I was actually jealous. That’s unusual for a teenage girl but I literally had no confidence. I would never smile with my teeth, I would be awful at speaking in front of people. I literally used to hold my hand over my mouth if I was talking. 

When I was 19 and had my full time job I decided to go privately and pay to have them! It was honestly the best thing I have ever done. Even though it was painful & a lot of money it was honestly worth it all. Just look at that difference! 

It cost me £1250 & took 15 months for them to be how they are now. I wouldn’t want my teeth any other way now. I am so happy, I show them off all the time. Plus I’m a good girl & still wear my retainer every night 💁🏽 

Laser eye surgery; 

This one is a lot more expensive, as you can imagine. I took the plunge & went for the consultation with a friend. They wanted to show me all sorts of videos to make sure I was doing the right thing & I decided not to watch any 🙈😂 why would I want them to put me off. So about 7/8 weeks later I had the go ahead date. 

I chose to have LASIK surgery as opposed to the LASEK.. (This may be completely different now as I had it done in 2014) the difference was LASIK meant I could go back to work the following Monday (I had it done on a Friday) & the LASEK I’d have had to be off work for a week. I was told I had very large pupils so I had to pay a little bit extra.. But I paid £4450.. I think I heard you gulp then 🙊 

The procedure itself, not going to lie, was horrific. Even though you are only in that operating room for 10 minutes it felt like a bloody lifetime. My mum came with me & there was a lady in the  waiting room that said this was her 3rd attempt because she was so scared, which obviously didn’t help my nerves 🙄 but here we go, my turn. You have your head strapped into a brace laying flat on a bed. They then do the procedure one eye at a time. I remember one eye took 45 seconds to correct & the other just a small 10. But I wasn’t a good patient & kept flapping my arms about so much that the nurse had to hold them still & tell me the laser wouldn’t work if I kept moving 🙈… I think I blinked when the anaesthetic drops went in that one because I felt the whole thing! You can see the bruising on my eyes afterwards but it went away after about 10 days 😍😍

I am now 4 years on & still free of glasses! So to me, I think I have done well & that it was well worth every penny. It took me a little while to get used to not needing to push my glasses back onto my face 😂

Charity day; animal health trust 🐶🐰

I recently had a charity day at work to raise money for AHT, a brilliant animal charity that helps so many different furry friends!! 

We took Lilli here when she was diagnosed with her nasal tumour. It was the most awful time of my life & my aim is to be able to help other animals that can be saved. Absolutely heartbroken that there was nothing they could do for my baby (completely blubbing right now) but there are so many other animals that can be helped. 

So, anyway.. The day was filled with ways for me to raise money. To start with it was non uniform, so that was £1 per person. Secondly I baked & others baked for me, so I sold these at 50p per cake/biscuit. Then lastly I set up a game… This was the fun part! The game was guessing which pet belonged to which owner. Literally loved this 💁🏽 so many people were way off with their guesses 😂 but the lady that won done brilliantly!!

There were so many cakes so the cake sale went on & on… Towards the end of the week actually 🍰🙈 in total I managed to raise £130.07!!! I would love it if you could click the link here & donate whatever you can manage, to help some of our little angels in fur. Thankyou 🐶🐱🐴
