Travel; Rhodes June 2019 ๐ŸŒดโ˜€๏ธ

OH MY GOD ITS BEEN MONTHS BUT I AM BAAAACK!!!

We booked this holiday way back in May 2018 as we weren’t going away in 2018 & I wanted something to look forward to.

We booked to go back to the same place in Rhodes that we went to in 2017. We loved it so much & there was a beautiful restaurant nearby that I was itching to visit again! We stayed in a hotel called Rhodos Horizon Resort. The staff are super friendly & the hotel itself is really clean & in a beautiful location with stunning views.

I found that this time I wasn’t as good at sitting & doing nothing so we did do a bit more exploring this time around. One day we walked all around Rhodes town, which is where we stayed. Another day we walked into the next little town, Ialysos & played some mini golf. I don’t know about you, but I just love mini golf ๐Ÿ˜‚ I’m terrible at it though. It’s safe to say that Sam won!

I did get to go back to the beautiful restaurant there too, Cavo Italiano, which is so good. It’s beautiful, the food tastes amazing & it’s such good value for money too! We stayed & had some drinks in the cocktail bar too, Cavo Tango. We did also have some shisha haha….. We’re not smokers at all but thought we’d have some fun before we get old ๐Ÿ˜‚

This time we ate in the a la carte restaurant twice. We even tipped the waiter one night ๐Ÿ˜‚ Sam was a little drunk I might add ๐Ÿ™ˆ it’s just nice to be served your dinner & take your time, rather than the buffet every night. I did also find some cats too, so they obviously shared my dinner ๐Ÿ™„  but I would highly recommend it if you stay at this hotel, it’s lovely.

We also spent more time at the beach this year, rather than by the pool. The beach bar was super cute & we added to the cutest little rock display.

Have you ever been to Rhodes? I adore Greece but I’d love your suggestions of where we should go next. Are you going away this year?

Lifestyle; we had time off โ›ฑโ˜€๏ธ

Myself & Sam had last week off work so I thought I’d share with you how we spent our week! Sorry to bore you all..

Monday;

We literally got up & went to the gym for 6.30am, yes we’re nuts! We then got home had breakfast & started doing some jobs! I literally did like 3 loads of washing & ironing. Plus I mopped the floors & hoovered! We had our headboard being delivered that day & the coffee table for the lounge. Sam built the table & put the new headboard on, because he’s a babe… Duh!

Tuesday;

I got up, had a doctors appointment (nothing major just a pill check) went to the gym & then popped to the bank. Sam waited at home for the BT engineer to come as we now have BT internet & TV. It wasn’t all successful as the you view box needs some sort of adaptor, yeah I’m not that tech savvy, sorry guys ๐Ÿ™ˆ we had a few more deliveries coming that day so we had to wait in.

Wednesday;

We had a tesco delivery first thing at 8am so we got ourselves ready whilst waiting for that. We then went into town, got ourselves some more plates, a doormat, toiletries etc. Sam then had a physio appointment & after that we made our way to the coast! We stopped in Wells, had a drink in the sunshine too of course! ๐Ÿธ We did have a few games in the arcades too, I’m a big kid really! On the way home we went to Thornham & stopped at Eric’s for fish & chips. Honestly the tastiest fish & chips I’ve ever had!!

Thursday;

Again, started our day at the gym ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ then we took Sam’s mum to an appointment later that morning & whilst we waited for her to finish we went & had some lunch! We visited a place called the lean pantry co, it’s a place that has a lot of gluten free, vegan option kinds of meals! Brilliant for me being dairy free ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ look how yum this was!

Friday;

We spent today doing jobs around the house, washing, cleaning & ironing etc. Sam washed the cars, because he’s honestly the best boyfriend ever! We then nipped back to his mum & dads so he could watch football, of course I spent my evening with the cat on my lap

Saturday & Sunday;

On Saturday morning we did a few jobs before I decided to have the most amazing bubble bath & completely pamper myself! Sam went to watch his team play football as he’s got a knee injury at the moment so is unable to play bless him. We the went to a wedding reception that evening to celebrate his friends wedding. We didn’t get a photo together ๐Ÿ˜ฉ but we had so much fun. A few too many cocktails were had that evening.

Sunday we weren’t hungover, just knackered. We had a next delivery come so Sam then built those… We now have nesting tables & a shoe cupboard! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

How are you spending your summer? Are you having time at home or going away?

Dublin; April 2018 ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ€

I booked flights to Dublin way back in July for Sam as a present. He does a lot for me so I thought it was my turn to treat him ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ the flights were with British airways which was a treat as we normally have a budget airline! The hotel we booked on booking.com but the reviews seemed good & it was in the city centre. It was comfy & did the job! If you’re wanting a place to stay we stayed at Academy Plaza & it was ยฃ235 for 3 nights ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿฝ

Monday; when we arrived we decided to unpack & have a drink at the hotel to just chill as travelling is quite tiring. I had a couple of mixers & of course Sam had Guinness. When in Dublin & everything hey ๐Ÿ˜‚

We then got ourselves cleaned up & went exploring. We stopped for food at a place called Mexico to Rome. We really rushed this & it really wasn’t anything special! I had fish & chips & Sam demolished his fajitas!

We walked across the road to the temple bar after this, a place I am sure everyone has heard of. The drinks were stupidly overpriced but the atmosphere was brilliant. It’s a place you really have to go to though as it shows how the Irish live ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿป

Tuesday; this was an early start & jam packed day! We had booked to go to Kilmainham Gaol & it didn’t disappoint. I find this kind of stuff really interesting. We had breakfast nearby at a little cafe called lime tree cafe & it was so yum… Plus look how healthy it was.

When we came out of the gaol it was bucketing it down so we got an uber back to the centre!

We then went to the Jameson factory… As you do when neither of you really like whiskey ๐Ÿ˜‚ but I did try them all & sort of enjoyed my drink at the end ๐Ÿ™ˆ this was then followed by a trip to the Guinness factory… Not my kind of drink but Sam loves it ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ so he had 1 & 1/2 pints ๐Ÿป

My legs honestly ached so much after all of this but we got back to the hotel, got changed & went out for our dinner! We ate at a place called bagots Hutton – look at that handsome man I got to stare at ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I had bruschetta, followed by a mushroom pasta ๐Ÿ˜‹

Wednesday; we got up & gymmed first before going out for a wander. We stopped for a quick snacky breakfast at the shopping centre first though… Our lives revolve around food I swear. We literally just walked for hours, browsing in some shops & just sightseeing before having some lunch at a place called Alfie’s. If you know me you’ll know why I wanted to visit here… Nothing to do with the dog, nooo ๐Ÿ™„  but the food & cocktails were yum & very well priced.

We then popped to tesco nearby & got a bottle of wine & drank that whilst getting ready for dinner that evening. We ate at Bar Italia this time & I think this was the best place we ate at. I did have bruschetta again, but it is my fav! We had some good drinks & sat & chatted for hours! I love having a bit of time just me & Sam.

Thursday; we went & got supplies from tesco before coming back to have a quick gym session before getting ready to come home ๐Ÿ˜”

I have to say the transport was brilliant we got a bus from outside the hotel to & from the airport for 12โ‚ฌ what a bargain! I loved getting away & doing some exploring. But I am ready to chill now ๐Ÿ˜‚

Has anybody else ever been to dublin?

Holidays; Places I’d love to visit โœˆ๏ธ๐ŸŒ

As most of you know (if you really know me then you won’t be surprised at this post) I looove to go on holiday! So I thought I’d share with you some places that I’d really like to visit!

Dublin โ˜˜๏ธ

I’ve always wanted to visit here! That may surprise some of you as it’s not at least 3 hours away & guranteed sunshine ๐Ÿ˜‚ There is so much to do & I think since I have seen so many people visiting recently it’s made me want to go even more. The Guinness tour being top priority ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿป haha! I’m not even keen on it. Basically I want to be a proper tourist ๐Ÿ˜‚ open top buses & that ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ any ideas on where to visit in Dublin would be fab please lovely people! I have booked this for this year.. I can say this now as I have told my other half that we’re going finally!

Santorini โ˜€๏ธ

I absolutely looove Greece so this would make me so happy if I got to go. I know it’s super expensive compared to the rest of Greece but who cares? It’s so bloody pretty. I literally love white, it’s so fresh looking. Mix that with the sunshine & you can’t go wrong! It just seems like such a beautiful place. Maybe for a honeymoon… ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜‚

Iceland ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Now this, this is top! It’s a completely one off experience to do! The whole package has to be done if you go! I keep looking on secret escapes at this as they always do a good deal. You have to really visit at the right time of year too. This is going to have to be done in 2018/2019!

Dubai & Mauritius ๐ŸŒด

I feel like this is going to be one of he most expensive trips of my life, but I have to do it. Luckily sam really wants to go to Dubai so it hasn’t taken much persuading. We are saving for this at the moment, so far I think we’re up to ยฃ300! That’s a good chunk. But this is like paradise & I am dying to just lay on a hammock, sipping cocktails, it looks pure bliss! ๐Ÿ

I basically want to go everywhere on holiday… I just love to travel & I love to go to all sorts of places. Where do you really want to visit?!

Our winter sun holiday; Tenerife 2017 ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ‘™

I know it was a little while ago now but I thought I’d tell you all about our holiday to Tenerife! We went on 28th November 2017 for a week & stayed at a hotel called Olรฉ Tropical, playa de las Americas.

The hotel;

So as we arrived we were offered a sparkling wine & chocolates which were obviously welcomed warmly ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ who wouldn’t be happy? We were checked in & went to find our room, which was pretty easy โ˜บ๏ธ & we were very happy.. it was spacious & clean! Usually we have rooms that are quite small, but this had a separate seating area. Woohoo!! We arrived about 5.30pm so we were starving! We went to get some food & I couldn’t really find much to eat, I ended up with just paella & broccoli ๐Ÿค” the waitress kept pushing me to fill in a review form, which I explained a few times I had only arrived an hour ago. Moving on…. we went to get a drink & watch the evening entertainment. I ordered a cocktail & no exaggeration it arrived within 10 seconds… it tasted absolutely vile! I asked Sam to try it & he agreed. The lady asked if it wasn’t any good, so I said no, completely not drinkable. I then decided it would be clever to do shots as they don’t taste nice anyway ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚ yeah… I passed out by 9pm. The food didn’t get any better & neither did the drinks ๐Ÿ˜ญ *FYI I promise I’m not that picky, it really was that bad*

Sams birthday;

I’ll make this bit quick as I have already done a post about this. I took sooo much stuff to decorate the room for Sam & I think he loved it ๐Ÿ˜‚ balloons everywhere ๐ŸŽˆ & cake. But we went to play mini golf too & drink ourselves into a coma with happy hour cocktails ๐Ÿน

Eating out;

We pretty much had to eat out ๐Ÿ˜‚ so we did go out quite a few times. We ate at Hard Rock Cafe twice which was sooo good. So much food, we literally couldn’t move ๐Ÿ˜ท our starter was probably meant for 3/4 people, but we’re proper foodies so we demolished it ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ” we ate at a cute little Spanish restaurant called Friends which was very non commercial, which made it have a nice feel to it. On the walk back from this restaurant we came across a place called monkeys… OH MY GOD. The cocktails are to die for!!!! They were soooo good. They also had an Italian, Asian, Grill & a little bakery!!! We enjoyed it so much we went back 3 times for drinks, but we also ate at the Italian for Sam’s birthday!

Days out;

For Sam’s birthday present I bought us tickets to Loro parque & Siam park. Bit of a pants present but he was grateful he didn’t have to buy them in the end ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ I know these aren’t everyone’s cup of tea, but I loved them & so did Sam. Loro parque was more for me & Siam for him, but anywho… The sea lions are my favourite & the Penguins.. Aww so cute! It was quite a long day though, plus I spent all of my day taking photos & videos ๐Ÿ™ˆ ! Siam was a quicker day, it was in walking distance… You know what was really nice, having no phone for the whole day, not knowing the time & not caring. Just enjoying the water park, lazing about on the lazy river, going on lots of water slides. Having proper thrill seeking fun.

We’re not having a ‘hot holiday’ this year… Stay tuned to my blog lovelies & you will find out why! ๐Ÿ˜˜  are you going anywhere this year?

Caitlin xo ๐ŸŒด

Blogmas; day 9 ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ

Sorry lovelies! Today isn’t Christmas related… Just want to share with you how we spent my other halves birthday ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ‰ (which was December 1st) we can’t have Christmas until after his birthday….

I ordered loads of balloons etc for him & decorations. Nobody wants a naff birthday after all. We were in Tenerife & I thought I needed to do something to show him how happy he makes me! So while he was at the gym that morning I literally went over the top with decorating our room โ˜บ๏ธ

I ordered a cake too before we went so that I could still sing to him, terribly ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ he loves  my singing really…. I’ll tell you all about the cake in another post by the way, so yum.

We went out to play a bit of mini golf & have a few… too many cocktails… Haha we went at happy hour & I promised I’d treat him to some drinks so we had to have more than one. They even put a sparkler in his drink ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿน

We then went out for dinner in the evening & had some lovely food at a place called monkeys & few more drinks of course ๐Ÿ™„ they literally had the best cocktails ever. If you know me you know I love cocktails so that is a bold statement…

Sam says: ‘I’m not a big one for celebrating my birthday but Caitlin made this such a special one I couldn’t not enjoy it. From the effort of taking cakes and balloons (sacrificing her luggage allowance for makeup & products) to making sure we did something she knew I’d enjoy and she probably wouldn’t. Had a great week away in Tenerife but it wouldn’t matter where in the world I was or what we were doing I know it would have been extra special with Caitlin ๐Ÿ’•’

He really wasn’t looking forward to his birthday, not that he’s old.. Even though he thinks he is ๐Ÿ™ˆ  so I tried my hardest to make it fun โ›ณ๏ธ

Lifestyle; update before holiday ๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

We’re off on our holibobs tomorrow so I thought I would share with you how well I have done since my last update in September! Be warned, half naked body posts here… soz guys!

The past 2 weeks I had decided to lower my carb intake so I could get rid of the awful bloating… I definitely didn’t cut them out altogether but I was watching how much I was eating. It’s little things like bread with soup on a lunch break. You don’t need it, you’ve got plenty to eat. So I swapped it for an apple or banana to have after my soup ๐ŸŽ I also cut out cake… Too much around me at work ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ™ˆ

I also really focused on my fluids… Again I still struggle with this but I feel like I’m really getting there now! I find it better to drink out of a bottle so I can keep track on how much I have had.

I’ve also recently been noticing how well I have progressed with some weights. I used to only be able to manage about 20-40kg on the hip abductor & adductor machines, but I have now managed to do between 60-75kg! If that’s not progress I don’t know what is ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Thanks for keeping up to date lovelies! I’m now off to enjoy some well deserved sunshine & have a nice break! See you all at Blogmas ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ

Rhodes; June/July 2017 โ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿ‘™

I thought I would share with you some of the exciting things we did on our holiday. You can probably tell I’m a little bit holiday mad. We already have our next one booked, yay ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ  We went to Rhodes on 24th June for 12 days, 11 nights. The hotel we stayed at was called Rhodos horizon resort. It was beautifully clean & white (just how I like it) I love Greece for this! It felt like we waited a lifetime for this holiday because we booked it way back in December 2016. It was totally worth waiting for though.

Aside from tanning by the pool most days we did go out to discover the towns a little bit ( we always ate whilst we explored though ๐Ÿ™„) where our hotel was was in Rhodes town itself, we visited a lovely massage place for a nice treat one of the days & it didn’t take long to walk there. It was called anesis, we felt really relaxed after this. Sam had a sports massage for 60minutes & I enjoyed a hot stone massage, it was loooovely.

We ate out in Old Rhodes a couple of times. Annoyingly I cannot remember the name of the first place we ate at, but this was the anniversary of our first date (cue the awwww) it was an Italian, & the food was so tasty. Had the loveliest of views too. The second place we ate at in old Rhodes was called archipegalo’s. Another Italian.. To be fair I think we only ate at Italians. We didn’t rate this as much. But was still lovely views over the old town.

Just to add, they had the best ice creams there too. With flavours like Nutella, snickers, bounty etc. Some good cocktails there aswell… Not that I had any ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ˜‚

We had a day out of the sun too & we literally walked to the shop down the road from our hotel & bought ice creams & big bags of crisps, & just laid in bed all day watching films. We only got up for more food & to play pool & table tennis. Sometimes you just need a day like this too, especially as we didn’t want to get burnt.

We also went out for some food in ialysos to a place called cavo italiano.. Oh lord this was the prettiest restaurant I have ever seen or been to. The food & drinks were just as good as the presentation of the place, & it was like 2/3rd’s of the price of eating out in old Rhodes. Highly recommend this place! We then got chatting to some people at the hotel & invited them out with us so we went back again we loved it that much.

We enjoyed having a walk around & just looking in the shops, the views & doing a bit of people watching. I always like to get an anklet so we had to go shopping ๐Ÿ™Š

We’re off to Tenerife at the end of the year, I’m excited to visit Siam park & Loro parque. Wooohoo! Where do you like to go on holiday?

Caitlin ๐ŸŒดโœŒ๐Ÿฝ

Holiday clothes; I always take too many ๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ‘

Who doesn’t overpack nowadays? ๐Ÿ™„ I went away for 12 days, 11 nights so I paid for the extra luggage, I knew I wouldn’t ever manage just 15kg. Yeah, I still managed to be over the 20kgs… Kind Thomson man let me off though ๐Ÿ™ˆ I won’t show you everything I wore as we would be here for years, just a few snippets.

A beauty of a playsuit from axparis that I think I bought last year (just remembered I definitely did as I wore it to a wedding reception) not sure how much I paid but it’s so lovely. Really comfortable & its lightweight & fairly thin so it’s not too hot to wear. I have to put a little bandeau top underneath though as it’s fairly revealing without ๐Ÿ™„. I love taking white on holiday, shows off your tan ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ teamed it with a red lip to add a pop of colour to the outfit.

Another buy from axparis was this fabulous white dress with embroidery on the front. I literally bought this just before my holiday so it should still be available to buy, just saying ๐Ÿ˜œ I think it was around ยฃ30. Little tip; wear white underwear please. Again super happy with this dress, as you can probably see I had a bit more of a tan when I wore this. It was fairly thick though so I did get hot ๐Ÿ™ˆ Felt super glam in this, especially next to that hunk ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ

 Onto my swimwear… I absolutely love buying bikinis. And I love to have a good variety. I don’t necessarily buy expensive ones, but I do have a few that are a little higher priced. If I’m likely to go swimming a lot or to a waterpark etc I’ll be more safe in a proper sized bikini. But lazing by the pool I don’t mind, I’d rather be thinking about not getting too many tan lines ๐Ÿ˜‚  so this year I had a few from new look, annsummers, topshop.

So the first one (left to right) is from missguided, I bought this last year & it fits a treat. I love the net looking style & the added strappy details. The middle is a mixture & to be completely honest with you I think it wasn’t anymore than ยฃ5 from an Australian web site! But I love the bottoms so much (I do love a bit of floral) ๐Ÿ‘™ lastly a new look buy, this was bought a few weeks before I went away so again it should still be available. So lovely, I wore this towards the end of the holiday so you can see my tan better ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ  this obviously isn’t all the bikinis I took but I’m sure we’ve seen enough of my body now ๐Ÿ˜‚

The yellow kimono I keep featuring in these pictures is also another major bargain, but it really seems to go well with all my bikini choices ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ™„ like I’ve said I’m not a girl who has to wear expensive clothes as long as I am happy in what I’m wearing.

What do you like to take on holiday with you?

Caitlin xo๐Ÿ’–

Holiday empties; a fair few ๐ŸŒดโ˜€๏ธ

So I thought I’d share with you the empties from my holiday so you can see what I have loved using whilst I’ve been away sunning myself ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ Woohoooo!

I’ll start with my haircare empties ๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’‡๐Ÿฝ Don’t ask me why but that’s what I’m doing. So to start with washing your hair is always a good idea, duh! I’ve been using an Avon shampoo which is enriched with oil as I love to have silky smooth locks! Because my other half doesn’t really use a lot I decided I would try to do a double shampoo every time, which is such a nice treat. I love this shampoo as it gets a really good lather to it ๐Ÿ’†๐Ÿฝ

IMG_6320.JPG

I followed this up with a hair treatment (only 3x on my 12 days away) I used a palmers coconut oil hair mask, this is loooovely! I love coconut smelling hair products, especially on holiday ๐ŸŒด I like to really look after my hair as it’s so important to me! I can handle no makeup but bad hair is a no no! So I left this on in the shower for 4-5 minutes before washing it off ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ

IMG_6317

After this I used a tresemme conditioner! It was a luxurious moisture one so I knew I would be happy with the condition of my hair even after extensive sun exposure. I go a bit mad when it comes to conditioner, it literally goes ALL over my hair not just the ends & again I leave it on for roughly 2-3 minutes so it really soaks in.

Then comes the aftercare! So so important, even more so on holiday ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ I used a Schwarzkopf oil heat protection spray, coated my hair in this & it smells soooo nice! I usually only use a few spritz on my hair when I’m at home but I feel like when I’m abroad it needs double the care. I then followed this up with a nice elixir on the ends of my hair. I used both of these whether I had used the hair mask or not. Can’t go wrong with silky hair! And in my opinion mine could never be too soft. I never once have frizzy hair on holiday ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝโœจ (sorry some of the pictures aren’t empty, but I didn’t want to forget to take one)

Moving on to my sun care products, yaay! โ˜€๏ธ I used a few different brands this time. And two of my three empty bottles I received in my beauty boxes, aren’t I lucky? ๐Ÿ˜œ  the first one I used was a Nivea factor 30 sun cream. Cannot fault the price of this product & I bought mine when they were BOGOF in super drug ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ I used this the first few days as it was a high factor protection. This lasted me & the other half 2/3 days sharing, so very good value for money. I found that this cream was super sticky as I kept getting bits of the towel stuck to me which was a bit of a let down but, no burning from me ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ  (told you I would forget pictures)

The next one we moved onto was the most recent I received. I got this cream in my June edition of dollibox. Palmers cocoa butter sun cream dreamy right? I really enjoyed this cream! It had a thicker consistency to others I have used so I was bit worried it wouldn’t be as good. It contains Shea butter, coconut oil & plenty of vitamin e so it’s safe to say it left my skin feeling so soft. Another factor 30 which seems to be working for me so that I don’t burn. This bottle lasted the longest, probably 3/4 days this time. The only minor issue with this product is it says it won’t make you look greasy, but it does. I don’t mind but others may ๐Ÿ™ˆ

The last cream we used on this holiday was a really fantastic one. Don’t quote me on this but I think I received this one in glossybox last June. Ladival; trust me I had never heard of it either but it’s amazing. This one was a spray which I find never usually covers you as long or lasts as long, and is it just me they’re so hard to use when they get empty? ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜‚Other than that this was my favourite as it protected your skin from UVA, UVB & infrared Ray’s (4x more protection) This most definitely gave my skin the best coverage from the sun. It may have only been factor 15 but I was using this at the end of my holiday. I think it’s a little bit more expensive than I would usually pay but it is honestly worth it.

So after tanning comes the skincare regime. I’ve said before I love to look after my skin even when I’m on my holidays. This year I used a basic brand face wipe to rid my skin (facial only) of the excess sun cream it had on it then used a nice soap in the shower (all over) I’m not naming these brands as they weren’t anything too exciting. To then follow this up with some body lotion & a serum for my face ๐Ÿ˜

I used palmers body lotion that had plenty of coconut oil to help my skin keep hydrated. I love this product as you really don’t need to use a lot of it for it to work. Best tip ever for you all; put some on your feet๐Ÿ˜œ you can thank me later. This lasted me the 11 days I needed it but I wouldn’t have been able to share with my boyfriend, definitely would have needed to get a big bottle. I would 100% buy this again! ๐Ÿ”ฅ

I then used skin chemists facial serum morning & night as I like to keep my skin well moisturised. I also found this little travel size so good, perfect amount for me. I did use this on the other half a few times too, he’s so lucky๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ˜‚ poor man

 What do you usually use on holiday? I’d love to know ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿฝ
