Lifestyle; update before holiday πŸ‘™πŸ’ͺ🏽

We’re off on our holibobs tomorrow so I thought I would share with you how well I have done since my last update in September! Be warned, half naked body posts here… soz guys! 

The past 2 weeks I had decided to lower my carb intake so I could get rid of the awful bloating… I definitely didn’t cut them out altogether but I was watching how much I was eating. It’s little things like bread with soup on a lunch break. You don’t need it, you’ve got plenty to eat. So I swapped it for an apple or banana to have after my soup 🍎 I also cut out cake… Too much around me at work πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ 

I also really focused on my fluids… Again I still struggle with this but I feel like I’m really getting there now! I find it better to drink out of a bottle so I can keep track on how much I have had. 

I’ve also recently been noticing how well I have progressed with some weights. I used to only be able to manage about 20-40kg on the hip abductor & adductor machines, but I have now managed to do between 60-75kg! If that’s not progress I don’t know what is πŸ’ͺ🏽

  1. You’ve done amazing- I cut out bread because it was causing me to bloat soo much. I used to eat some days like 6 slices of bread and I’ve swapped it for wraps instead. I look soo much better now!! I hope you enjoy you’re holiday πŸ˜„πŸ˜„

  2. This is so motivating! I’ve been working on cutting carbs from my diet, and trying to consistently eat healthy especially around this time of the year.
